“Do you accept insurance?”

Currently I do not directly bill insurance and am "out of network” with insurances. All services must be paid for in advance. Then I work with a service called Reimbursify that will submit the receipts, known as “superbills”, to your insurance automatically. Depending on your out of network benefits, you may then be reimbursed for a portion of the visit.

“What appointment should I schedule?”

If this is your first time seeing me, please schedule an initial consultation. Also, please read over the clinic policies so that you understand how I work.

If you would prefer to have a phone call before committing to an appointment, that is also an option.

If you are a returning or former patient, please choose the follow-up of your choice.
